Ok; My first attempt, with this blog sight...I have been taking classes through www.elfpath.com its a great place to start learning about your new awareness. You learn more about yourself than you ever dreamed of., I have learned several new excersises including "GCBing," and "Sweet" amongst a few others cool things about all my "Chakras."
They teach you how to clean out your gut muck, and bring in tons new energy...They teach you how to become more aware of your current surroundings, both in the physical world and spiritual world around you.
They help you with lots of scanning, and learning how to scan completely yourself. As you progress up in the classes, you are able to get new belts with many cool colors to show off on your blogs, and profiles. The nice thing about this is it starts out being free, and you meet many new online friends, who are there for you no matter what, and its all done on www.skype.com.
